GS Property Management and Home Improvements provides quality services to our clients in the Real Estate, Bank, Mortgage, and Foreclosure Service Industries.

We have been established in business since 1996. Our focus is to successfully protect our client's investment of foreclosed properties. GS Property Management & Home Improvements will work closely with all of its clients to find and/or develop a structure to protect the investment until Contract of Sale.

About the Owner

Gerard Spiotta is the founder of this Company, he has a work history in the Managing & Marketing, Real Estate Asset Management and Reo Property Management of Federal Government Awarded Contracts. Gerard has respectively participated in these programs as a HUD Inspector, Northeast Regional Manager, Field Operations Manager and Quality Control Field Inspector for Companies that were awarded HUD Contracts. He established this company to set goals and examples on how the Foreclosure Industry needs a change of Professional Service Companies to Perform to all Guide Lines and Specifications by law.

Gerard's Experience Includes:

• Operations Field Inspector
• Quality Control Inspector

His experiences in the above areas include overseeing all of the Managing & Marketing, Real Estate Owned, and Real Estate Asset Management Companies that participated in contracts from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae and Addie Mae Programs.
