Comments: We justed Listed our house with a realtor, one of our friends recommend Jerry from GS Property Management & Home Improvements.We needed too Clean-up/Clean-out all Rubbish, Card Board Boxes, Old Furniture, Clothes and Some Construction Wood, Jerry came and gave us a Bid Estimate and was Reasonable With His Price. We hire him immediatly and he was there the next day and Cleaned-out/Removed all Rubbish and Debris from Attic, Basement and Garages.They were so Efficent, Neat and Professional that they Removed Debris from my Neighbors Yard by the Garage at no Extra Charge, Jerry said it was very little too charge.I WILL RECOMMEND HIM TOO EVERYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP!!!!!! THANK YOU JERRY AND THE CREW.

Comments: Love the Website, Looks Great!!!! 12-15-200--Jerry did a tremendous job on Painting my Hallway and Kitchen, He had drop clothes every where on the floor and covered every piece of furniture and valuables.He was so neat and professional at all times. We will refer him too Everyone who needs a Handyman

Comments: We Approached The Contractor/Jerry in His Truck in The Town of Bloomfield NJ on December 9, 2003. We Had Asked Him for an Estimate for Water Damages Done By a Leaky Bathroom Trap in the Kitchen Ceiling. Jerry Scheduled It on December 10th 2003, Performed Bid Estimate and We Felt so Comfortable with His Honesty, Professionalism and Knowledge That We Hired Him Right Away/December 11th 2003. When He Arrived, The First Thing He Did Was Put All Drop Clothes Down Where Entry/Walk Areas, Work Area, Countertops, Refrigerator and Stove!!! He Then Started too Repair and Replace the New Sheet Rock, He Taped, Plastered, Wet Sanded, Primed and Painted the Kitchen Ceiling. The Ceiling Looked Like the Original New Ceiling We Had Installed When We First Bought the House 5 Years Ago!!!! He Was Finished with the His Services on December 13, 2003/Jerry Was So Neat He Even Mopped Our Kitchen Floor and Washed Down the Countertops and Appliances. He Is Definately Our Handyman For Our Home and Will Recommend Him Highly!!!!

Comments: Jerry Great Website!!!!!! Jerry Repaired/Fixed 2 Doors, Repaired and Replaced My Tiles, Re-Grouted/Re-Caulked The Tub/Shower and It Looks Brand New!!!! He is the Best in the Handyman Home Services and Will Call Him Again and Again/Very Reasonable in his Prices.
